About

We are non-profit voluntary team, found during mini Barcamp in August 2009. Each of us come from various organization and background. Some of us have years of experieces and some are youngster, but we all have common interest, the heart of sharing, that have brought us together. As for now, majority of team members come from software development background which have been expose strongly in different area such as software, design, programing, testing and Agile methodology practicing and more.

To become a center of resource development to community, harmonize and connect other groups to maximize the advantage to the community.

Mission

Our mission is to share experiences and knowledge to improve capacity building and  bridge the gap between the academic world and real work.

We build network relationship with various independent teams and individual who come from different companies and NGOs in Cambodia. We cultivate relationship with them and add to our contact list for those who interested and willing to share his/her knowledge/experience to other people.

We act as a hub to connect those who has something to share and those who would like to learn more. We share to students the key knowledge that has not been included in the academic world but is commonly use in the real work. We create event for meeting among professionals so that we can quickly learn from each other the latest knowledge so that we can improve our capacity or quickly learn from other people experience to know the success path and any thing to avoid.
